Swim Lessons

Every Tuesday and Thursday evening during the month of April you will find Aaron and William at our local gym pool taking their first swim lessons. After a few moments of nervousness and hesitation, they took to their lessons like fish to water. Well, not quite like fish to water yet, but that's the goal. Aaron pays close attention, does what the instructor tells him, enjoys interacting with the other kids in his class and is already showing progress. On the other side of the pool can be heard a young instructors voice often saying "William, come back to the group" or "William, pay attention please". Most moments he can be found twirling in circles with his arms above his head, singing a song that only he knows, his eyes looking at the ceiling, seeming not to notice the 50 or so other people in the water or gathered around the pool.

They both seem to enjoy swim "lessons", although one will finish knowing how to swim, and the other will finish having enjoyed a few extra moments at the pool and will hopefully know a bit more about water safety to boot!
